Ellsworth Kelly

I dont know why, but for some reason i'm attracted to minimalist block colour art, it also defies me in  fashion as well. On my travels researching for a recent portfolio update, I came across the artist Ellsworth Kelly, who I have never heard of but instantly fell in love with.

Ellsworth Kelly  is an American painter, sculptor and print maker. After the second world war and early 1950's Kelly was a major practitioner in abstract art. Kelly's work is often minimalist, colour field art, with the use of rectilinear geometry, he was highly influenced by the work of Picasso.

Please enjoy !
