Africa Fashion Week London 2013

It's only befitting to talk about Africa Fashion Week London which took The Old Truman Brewery by storm with an explosion of colours & prints. AFWL 2013 is in it's third season, and this year has received the most press coverage  and media attention, with the likes of BBC news and CNN News to name a few. It did not only host runway fashion show, but also had exhibitors showcasing their latest designs from all parts of Africa.

Brand Concept: Created by Ronke Ademiluyi CEO, Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) is the biggest African event of its kind in Africa. A collaborative fashion exhibition, highlighting the industry’s established and emerged African designers, AFWL is at the forefront of capturing the surge of the African inspired trends in the fashion industry. Our annual event aims to celebrate the work of African and African inspired designers in the UK and worldwide.
