Florence Knoll

Now specialising in Office Design, on my travels a colleague and I found ourselves in the Florence Knoll showroom, thats when I remembered my love for Furniture design will never die. Most people who know me know I love sleek clean finish designs, so you can imagine my excitement when I discovered Florence Knoll.

American architect and furniture designer who studied under Mies Van Der Rohe and Eliel Saamen. She briefly worked with the leaders of the Bauhaus movement.

Knoll specialises in chairs, sofas and tables based around the theory of rationalism and minimalist theories.

Knolls vision for the new office was a clean uncluttered office creating a new way of organising business space.

She will remain in my heart as a 21st century style innovator.
